Commanders, Chapter Executive Board Members, Bothers & Sisters, and Local Vendors

If you are a vendor and intend on having a table at the 2023 State meeting, please note that we are charging $100 for a single table space and an additional table will cost $50

Actual Chapter stores will be charged $50

This fee will provide you with a vendor space for Friday & Saturday at the Host Hotel (Shilo Inn). You will be able to set-up your table/s at 0600, 06 Oct 2023.

All requests for vendor space must be received NLT (No Later Than) 30 Aug 2023 to the Commander, Chapter 23-5, Roger "Tailpipe" Wayne email is cmd.cvma.23.5@gmail.com and Don "Preacher" Altman email is altman.don@gmail.com. Any extra space and requests after that date will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
